高效防洪闸施工技术与结构优化研究

针对某开放式防洪闸门工程中防洪闸门的抗震设计问题,提出一种对闸室上部结构进行抗震加固的优化设计方案,并采用有限元软件,建立闸室的三维模型,同时设计不同的闸室结构抗震加固方案并进行比较.结果表明,方案二的特征点A横向位移最大减少37.33%,且方案二的节点B处第一主应力下降71.63%,表明方案二显著降低了启闭机房结构的整体动力响应,并且更有效地节省了经济成本.研究方案可为同类水闸工程提供科学、有效的借鉴和参考.
Study on Construction Technology and Structure Optimization of High Efficiency Flood Control Gate
Aiming at the seismic design problem of a flood gate in an open flood gate project,a design scheme for the seismic strengthening measures of the upper structure of the gate chamber was proposed for optimal effectiveness.A three-dimensional model of the gate chamber was established based on finite element software.Different seismic reinforcement schemes of gate chamber structure are studied and designed,and compared.The results show that the transverse displacement of feature point A in Scheme 2 is reduced by 37.33%,and the first principal stress at node B in Scheme 2 is reduced by 71.63%.Scheme 2 effectively minimizes the machine room structure's dynamic response,resulting in economic cost savings.The research scheme provides scientific and effective reference for similar sluice projects.
