钻灌技术在水库灌洞中的应用及稳定性分析

已建水库坝下灌溉涵管在多年服役下,管身与坝体结合不良,严重威胁土坝使用安全.为了确保居民生命财产以及用水、供电、防洪安全,本次施工将坝下灌溉涵管封堵,并采用非开挖式定向钻进技术新开灌洞.结果显示,采用D219 非开挖式定向钻一次钻隧成功,降低了施工成本,减少了施工工序;钻进液压力 2.8MPa,钻孔埋深取值 200m,满足孔壁稳定性要求,保障了该地区农田的灌溉需求.
Application and Stability Analysis of Drilling and Irrigation Technology in Reservoir Irrigation Tunnel
The irrigation culvert pipes under the reservoir dam,which have been built for many years,have been in service for many years.Poor connection between the pipe body and the dam body has threatened the safety of the earth dam.To ensure the safety of people's lives,property,and water use,power supply,flood control,the irrigation culvert under the dam will be sealed and a new irrigation hole will be opened using non excavation directional drilling technology during this construction.The successful use of D219 non excavation directional drilling in tunneling has reduced construction costs and reduced construction procedures;the drilling fluid pressure is 2.8MPa,and the burial depth of the borehole is set at 200m to ensure the stability requirements of the borehole wall.The project has successfully ensured the irrigation needs of farmland in the area.
