融合时变可靠度与有限元模型的闸门工程使用寿命预测模型

传统的结构可靠性分析方法往往只考虑静力荷载和恒定可靠度,无法反映结构在使用过程中的性能变化.因此,研究基于结构可靠度理论,结合有限元分析、静力学分析和时变可靠度模型,用于评估水闸工程的稳定性和安全性,并预测其剩余使用寿命.试验以山东某水闸为研究对象,结果表明,从水闸开始使用到使用年限达到 25 年期间,可靠度指标仅从3.76 增长到4.73.这个微小的增长趋势表明,闸门在抗滑稳定方面的性能是相当可靠的.
A Model for Predicting Service Life of Gate Engineering by Integrating Time-Varying Reliability and Finite Element Model
Traditional structural reliability analysis methods often only consider static loads and constant reliability,and cannot reflect the performance changes of the structure during use.Therefore,the research is based on structural reliability theory,combining finite element analysis,statics analysis,and time-varying reliability models to evaluate the stability and safety of sluice engineering and predict its remaining service life.The experiment took a certain water gate in Shandong as the research object,and the results showed that the reliability index only increased from 3.76 to 4.73 from the beginning of use to the service life of 85 years.This small growth trend indicates that the performance of the gate in terms of anti slip stability is quite reliable.
