Risk Assessment of Flood Disaster in Harbin City Based on GIS
This study is based on the basic theory of flood disasters and combined with the characteristics of flood disasters in Harbin.From the perspective of the danger and vulnerability of flood disasters,seven evaluation indicators are selected:precipitation,terrain,water system,population density,average GDP,gross domestic product of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery,and the ratio of cultivated land area to construct a flood risk assessment model in Harbin.The weight distribution of each evaluation indicator is determined using the analytic hierarchy process,based on the map algebra function and spatial overlay function of ARCGIS,a comprehensive evaluation of flood risk in the region is carried out.The results indicate that the entire area of Nangang district,as well as parts of Yanshou county and its surrounding areas,are in high-risk areas;at the same time,with Nangang district and Yanshou county as the central areas,the risk of flood disasters gradually decreases from these two areas to the surrounding areas;Acheng city,Yilan county,and some areas in the western part of Songbei are low-risk areas for flood disasters.
