小河流域水库防洪优化调度研究

摘要

针对小河流域水库防洪调度,研究构建水库多目标防洪优化调度模型,并对其进行求解.结果显示,在响水水库中,重现期为5%时,使用研究所提算法进行优化调度后,最大泄流量仅为334.65m3/s,最高水位仅为178.35m;在打鱼凼水库中,重现期为 1%时的最大泄流量仅为202.38m3/s,最高水位仅为39.09m.表明采用研究所提算法进行优化调度,可有效降低洪水对下游的影响,减少洪涝灾害的发生,可为小河流域的水库防洪提供可靠的技术支持.

Abstract

To the flood control operation of reservoirs in small river basin,the multi-objective flood control optimization operation model of reservoir is studied and solved.The results show that in Xiangshui reservoir,when the recurrence period is 5%,the maximum discharge is only 334.65m3/s and the maximum water level is only 178.35m after optimization operation.In Dayudang reservoir,when the return period is 1%,the maximum discharge is only 202.38m3/s,and the maximum water level is only 39.09m.It shows that the optimization algorithm can effectively reduce the impact of flood on the downstream,reduce the occurrence of flood disaster,and provide reliable technical support for flood control of reservoirs in small river basin.
