Study on Horizontal Section Structure of Large Aperture Inverted Siphon
As a cross water conveyance building with small engineering quantity and convenient construction,inverted siphon is widely used in water conveyance projects in China.The pipe size of the common inverted siphon is small,and the structure of the large-aperture inverted siphon is rarely studied.In this paper,taking a large aperture inverted siphon as an example,the static characteristics of the horizontal section are studied by finite element numerical simulation,and the stress-strain of the inverted siphon structure is analyzed by comparing the results of different load combinations under different working conditions,and the distribution law of stress and deformation of the inverted siphon structure is obtained,and the strength of the inverted siphon structure at a large scale is verified to meet the requirements of the code.
