Practice and Discussion on Improving Quality and Efficiency of Urban Drainage Systems——Taking a Sewage Treatment Plant in Guiyang City as an Example
Since 2019,the action of improving the quality and efficiency of urban sewage treatment plants has been carried out in various regions.However,due to differences in economic and geographical conditions,as well as governance concepts and methods,the effectiveness of pipe network governance varies in different regions.To solve the shortcomings of traditional governance methods,a sewage treatment plant in Guiyang city was taken as a pilot project.According to the three-step method of quantitative analysis and investigation,precise targeted governance,and effectiveness review analysis,the"three maps"of pollution status survey map,engineering measure general plan,and governance effectiveness analysis map were used to summarize and analyze the improvement and efficiency of the drainage system.This work method not only effectively increased the concentration of incoming sewage in the sewage treatment plant,but also received good economic and social benefits.The benefits provide good experience and reference for the development of similar projects.
