太阳能发电项目建设对环境的影响及水土保持措施分析

目前,太阳能光伏发电项目施工过程存在的土地翻耕等容易导致水土流失.针对施工中的水土保持问题,研究将工程措施和植物措施相结合,构建融合式水土保持方案,并用于发电项目的模拟试验中.结果显示,包含6.89hm2 植被区的水土流失总面积 152.69hm2 的99%可以得到有效保持,项目地区平均土壤侵蚀强度恢复至500t/(km2·a)以下,表土挖掘与回填量达到1.83×104m3,占比 99%,植被总面积 6.89hm2 的恢复率为 99%.研究表明,融合式水土保持方案具备一定的可行性.
Analysis of Environmental Impact of Solar Power Project Construction and Soil and Water Conservation Measures
The current solar photovoltaic power generation project construction process of land tillage is easy to lead to soil erosion.Therefore,aiming at the problem of soil and water conservation in construction,the integrated soil and water conservation scheme is constructed by combining engineering and plant measures,and it is used in the simulation experiment of power generation project.The experimental results show that 99%of the total area of 152.69hm2 of soil and water loss in the vegetation area containing 6.89hm2 can be effectively maintained,the average soil erosion intensity in the project area is restored to below 500t/(km2·a),and the amount of topsoil excavation and backfilling reaches 18 300m3,accounting for 99%.The restoration rate of the total vegetation area of 6.89hm2 was 99%.On the whole,the integrated soil and water conservation scheme has certain feasibility.
