Research on Technical Standards and Efficiency Evaluation of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Sand Pipe Engineering Supervision
Based on data-driven and numerical simulation analysis method is proposed to meet the precise requirements for supervision technical standards and efficiency evaluation in practical engineering applications of glass fiber reinforced plastic sand pipelines. The results show that the wall thickness of the middle reaches(K0+120~K0+135)and downstream(K0+200~K0+215)are 42.27 and 43.92mm,and the strength values are 155 and 160MPa,respectively.This indicates that there is a strength deviation in specific engineering sections. These findings not only optimize engineering quality, but also guide the formulation of supervision standards. The research results are applicable to the construction of composite material pipelines, providing practical experience for the field of engineering supervision.
