摘要

严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒 2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)是一种新型冠状病毒,主要感染肺脏造成新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19).近年的临床病例报告了其心血管系统并发症主要为心肌炎、心律失常、心肌梗死等.其中,COVID-19相关心肌炎症状多样,不同年龄段均可发生,存在延迟发作,且与COVID-19患者的不良预后和死亡率呈正相关.因此,研究其临床特点、潜在发病机制和治疗方法可对未来COV-ID-19 相关心肌炎的防治及药物开发提供新的思路和策略.本文将结合国内外关于COVID-19相关心肌炎的研究进行概述.

Abstract

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is a novel coronavirus that primarily affects the lungs and causes coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Recent clinical cases have reported the cardiovascular complications of COVID-19,including myocarditis,ar-rhythmia,myocardial infarction,and so on.Among them,COVID-1 9-related myocarditis exhib-its diverse symptoms,which can occur at different ages and has a delayed onset.Moreover,CO-VID-19-related myocarditis is positively correlated with the poor prognosis and mortality of COV-ID-19 patients.The exploration of its clinical characteristics,potential pathogenesis and treat-ment may provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and drug development of COVID-19-related myocarditis in the future.This article provides an overview of both domestic and for-eign researches on COVID-19-related myocarditis.
