昼夜节律(circadian rhythm)在维持机体稳态中起重要作用,昼夜节律紊乱是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease)的常见症状,目前,昼夜节律已受到众多研究者关注,但尚缺乏对既往有关昼夜节律影响阿尔茨海默病研究成果的有效整合.本文系统全面地探讨了不同类型昼夜节律紊乱对阿尔茨海默病的影响,并将运动作为改善其症状的方法.本文通过分析造成昼夜节律紊乱的原因、昼夜节律紊乱与阿尔茨海默病的关系以及运动调控昼夜节律紊乱的影响,进而探讨运动改善阿尔茨海默病的作用机制,为预防和治疗阿尔茨海默病提供新思路.
The circadian rhythm plays an important role in maintaining body homeostasis,and circadian rhythm disorders are common symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.While the circadian rhythm has received increasing attention,there is still a lack of effective integration of previous research findings on the influence of circadian rhythm on Alzheimer's disease.This article sys-tematically and comprehensively reviews the influence of different types of circadian rhythm dis-orders on Alzheimer's disease,and considers exercise as a method to improve its symptom.By analyzing the causes of circadian rhythm disorders,the relationship between circadian rhythm disorders and Alzheimer's disease,as well as the influence of exercise on regulating the circadian rhythm,this article explores the mechanisms through which exercise improves Alzheimer's dis-ease,providing new insights for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
