摘要
血管内皮细胞分泌的内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)因具有强缩血管效应,最初被认为是高血压致病因子;而后发现在肾内合成和分泌的ET-1具有利尿和利钠作用,也被认为是抗高血压因子.ET-1通过刺激两种G蛋白偶联受体—内皮素受体A、内皮素受体B调控电解质平衡.本文就ET-1对肾脏NaCl重吸收的调节及其机制的研究进展作一综述,以阐述其在血压调节过程中的重要性.
Abstract
Endothelin-1(ET-1),secreted by vascular endothelial cells,was initially considered a pathogenic factor for hypertension due to its potent vasoconstrictive effect.However,it was later discovered that ET-1 synthesized and secreted in the kidney exhibits diuretic and natriuretic effects,suggesting a potential antihypertensive role.ET-1 regulates electrolyte balance by stimu-lating two G protein-coupled receptors,endothelin receptor A and endothelin receptor B.In this article,we review the regulation of renal NaCl reabsorption by ET-1 and the underlying mecha-nisms,highlighting the significant role of ET-1 in the regulation of blood pressure.
