基于肠道菌群的运动干预帕金森病可能机制的研究进展

肠道菌群(intestinal flora)的相对平衡是机体健康的前提,而肠道菌群失调与帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)的发生、发展有关.有氧运动(aerobic exercise)在帕金森病的预防和治疗中起重要作用,有氧运动可以调节帕金森病动物模型和患者肠道菌群的组成及多样性,这提示有氧运动、肠道菌群与帕金森病三者之间存在密切联系,但有氧运动通过调节肠道菌群来改善帕金森病的机制尚未完全明确.因此,本文主要从帕金森病与微生物-肠-脑轴、有氧运动对帕金森病运动症状和非运动症状的影响、有氧运动通过调节肠道菌群来改善帕金森病的可能机制来进行综述,以期为有氧运动通过调节肠道菌群组成来预防和治疗帕金森病提供借鉴和参考.
Research Progress on the Potential Role of Exercise Intervention in Parkinson's Disease Based on In-testinal Flora
The relative balance of intestinal flora is a prerequisite for body health,and the imbal-ance of intestinal flora is associated with the occurrence and development of Parkinson's disease.Aerobic exercise plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of Parkinson's disease,which has been observed to regulate the composition and diversity of intestinal flora in both ani-mal models and patients with Parkinson's disease,suggesting a close relationship between aero-bic exercise,intestinal flora and Parkinson's disease.However,the mechanism by which aerobic exercise improves Parkinson's disease by regulating the intestinal flora has not been fully clari-fied.Therefore,this article mainly reviews Parkinson's disease and the microbiota-gut-brain ax-is,the effects of aerobic exercise on the motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease,and the potential mechanisms by which aerobic exercise improves Parkinson's disease through the regulation of intestinal flora,aiming to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of Par-kinson's disease by regulating intestinal flora through aerobic exercise.
