Construction of the Management System for the Leading Design Entity in the EPC Consortium Model of the Tingzikou Irrigation Area Project(Phase 1)
At present,most of the domestic large-scale EPC hydropower projects adopt the model of joint construction by a consortium formed by the design unit and construction unit,with the design unit taking the lead.This model will exist for a long time in the future.Taking Lot Ⅳ of the Tingzikou Irrigation Area Project(Phase 1)as an example to study the construction of the leading party's management system under the EPC consortium model.It systematically expounds on the management position,management scope,organizational structure,and responsibilities of the leading entity.This study aims to provide references for the management of EPC consortium projects in the water conservancy industry.
