为科学合理地分析长江航道原型观测所涉水深测量成果,论证了长江航道水深测量成果按不同技术标准应达到的精度指标,指出了中误差指标的重要性,并推导了中误差与不同规范和标准所规定限差和不确定度的关联性,设计了观测网水深精度评价实验.实验结果表明长江航道原型观测水深测量成果可以达到厘米级精度,远优于相关规范和标准要求.
Accuracy Analysis of Bathymetry for Prototype Observation of the Yangtze River Waterway
In order to scientifically and reasonably analyze the bathymetry results of the prototype-observation of the Yangtze River waterway,the accuracy indexes of the bathymetry results of the Yangtze River waterway should be achieved according to different technical standards are demonstrated.The importance of the mean error indicator is highlighted,and the correlation between the mean error and the tolerance and uncertainty specified by different specifications and standards is derived.An experiment for evaluation of the accuracy of the bathymetry in the observation network is designed.The experimental results show that the bathymetry results of the prototype observation of the Yangtze River waterway can achieve centimeter level accuracy,far exceeding the requirements of relevant specifications and standards.
