Analysis on Spatial Planning Method for Integrated Lake-City Development in Plateau Lake Area
Taking the Fuxian Lake area in Yunnan Province as an example, this paper aims to explore a new model for integrated lake-city development in lake regions. The planning follows the principle of"Four Waters and Four Determinations",with the water environment carrying capacity at its core to calculate ecological capacity.Environmental capacity is used to determine the total population and construction land area around the lake.Urban development boundaries are delineated through multi-factor overlay analysis, and a dynamic monitoring system is established.Based on the baseline of water ecology and water safety, planning methods such as watershed coordination,Urban Growth Boundary(UGB),Infrastructure-Oriented Development(IOD),and deep vertical development are used to delineate key development areas. The study devises an integrated urban-rural spatial pattern for lake-city integration, along with multiple strategies for ecological protection, industrial development, and urban-rural spatial planning. It provides a reference direction and path for spatial planning projects of similar plateau lakes.
