特大断面TBM组装洞室爆破施工技术研究

摘要
为确保TBM组装洞室施工安全,对已建成的陕西省引汉济渭工程秦岭隧洞TBM施工段岭南工程TBM组装洞室在施工过程中的爆破施工技术进行剖析、研究和优化.通过光面爆破,采用分层分步开挖的方式,在开挖前对爆破孔位的布置、装药参数以及爆破顺序等进行周密的设计,再根据围岩情况和实际爆破效果进行及时的优化,使最终的开挖断面满足设计及规范要求,保证施工安全和质量.结果表明:各断面平均每次爆破开挖进尺为2.73 ~4.10m,无欠挖,爆出石渣块度为15 ~40 cm,适合装渣、运输要求;周边炮眼痕迹保存完整,残孔率为77% ~ 82%,在开挖轮廓面呈均匀分布,爆破衔接台阶平均4 ~7 cm.需要根据岩层节理裂隙发育、岩性软硬情况修正眼距、用药量,尤其是在Ⅳ类围岩以上且节理裂隙较为发育的洞段,要做到每排炮调整.研究成果为类似特大断面的TBM组装洞室爆破开挖施工提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to ensure the construction safety of TBM assembly cavern,the blasting construction technology adopted during the construction of the TBM assembly cavern for the Lingnan TBM Construction Section of the completed Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project in Shaanxi Province is analyzed,studied and optimized.Through smooth blasting,the detailed designs of the layout of the blasting holes,the explosive charging parameters and the blasting order are made with the mode of the excavation in layers and step by step before the excavation,and then the optimization is made in accordance with the condition of the surrounding rock and the actual blasting effect,so as to make the final excavation profile meet the requirements of the design and relevant specification,thus guarantee the construction safety and quality.The result shows that the average each blasting excavation footage is 2.73 ~4.10 m for all the cross-sections without under-excavation,while the fragment-size of the blasting debris is 15 ~40 cm,which is adaptable for the requirement of the loading and transport of the debris;furthermore,the perimeter blast-hole traces remain intactedly with the rate of the residual blast-holes of 77% ~ 82%,which are averagely distributed on the excavation contours,meanwhile,the blasting joint step is averagely 4 ~ 7 cm.Moreover,it is necessary to revise the blasthole space and the explosive charge according to the development of the joints and fissures of the strata and the hard or soft degrees of the lithologies therein,especially for those tunnel sections with the surrounding rock of the class Ⅳ with more developed joins and fissures,the adjustment must be made for each row of blast-holes.The study result can provide reference for the blasting excavation of the similar extra-large cross-section TBM assembly cavern.
