水利感知网进展与思考

水利感知网主要通过感知终端、感知通信、感控平台等对水利对象进行感知监测,并为水利业务应用提供精准、及时、可靠的感知数据,是重要的水利基础设施之一.为探究我国水利感知网建设思路,重点总结我国现代水利感知网的建设和技术进展,探讨现有不足,提出思考与建议.研究表明,经过长期的信息化建设,我国水利感知监测已成体系,但与流域透彻感知,支撑水利业务智慧化、精准化决策的目标相比仍有一定差距,后续可着重在地面监测站网覆盖率及监测能力、新型感知手段应用、"天空地"一体化水利感知数据汇集平台建设、感知数据服务能力等方面进行提升.
Progress and reflections on the water conservancy perception network
As one of the most important infrastructures of water conservancy,water conservancy perception network can monitor water-related objects through perception terminals,communication networks and platforms,which provides accurate,timely and reliable monitoring data.To explore the construction of water conservancy perception network in China,this paper summarizes the construction and technological advancements of the modern water conservancy perception network,identifies existing shortcomings,and proposes future directions and suggestions.The results show that the water conservancy perception monitoring in China has become systematic through long-term information technology construction.However,there is still a gap compared to the goal of fully perceiving the river basin and supporting intelligent decision-making in water resources management.Future efforts could focus on improving the coverage and capability of water-related monitoring,the application of new technologies,the integration of water conservancy perception platform(sky,space and ground),and the water data service.
