Application and research of digital twin technology in safety management of water sluice and pump projects
In response to challenges such as inadequate integration of data resources,limited fusion of businesses and technologies,and insufficient auxiliary decision-making capabilities in sluice and pump projects,this study proposes an application mode in safety management.Through the research of key technologies such as data base,safety analysis and prediction,and equipment health evaluation,the application mode of digital twin technology in safety management of sluice and pump projects is developed.The data base of sluice and pump project is built by BIM+GIS,which realizes the spatial mapping and integration of project safety monitoring and business data.Furthermore,safety prediction models are developed by time series analysis,neural network and other algorithms,which predicts and analyzes the safety indicators such as deformation,seepage,and vibration.In order to assess the safety status dynamically in sluice and pump projects,the health evaluation model is established based on the equipment management requirements of the project.This paper discusses the application effects of digital twin technology in safety monitoring,"four pre"functions,and assessment in sluice and pump project management.Digital twin technology can improve the intelligent management level of sluice and pump projects,which can help to reduce safety hazards and assist management decision-making.
