大数据视角下的水情水调数据治理方法研究

Research on data governance methods for water regime and water regulation from the perspective of big data
Incorporating the characteristics and common challenges of water regime and water regulation data,a systematic approach to data governance is proposed from the perspective of big data.This approach includes steps for data classification and resource system construction,key techniques and tools for data governance processes and the establishment of a governance platform.By implementing hierarchical data governance,data quality evaluation methods and standards are developed to develop a comprehensive data resource set that covers all types and meets business requirements.This paper introduces the data quality problems in the process of establishing data resource system,and gives the key process and technical means of data governance,as well as the hierarchical implementation and evaluation methods of data governance.Furthermore,to improve the effectiveness of data governance in the context of big data,it is emphasized that metadata management with lineage tracing is essential for ongoing data governance efforts.This ensures the traceability and reliability of data,thereby providing valuable insights for water regime and water regulation data governance from a big data perspective.
