Design of water conservancy information management platform based on 3D WebGIS——A case study of Zibo section of Xiaoqing River
Facing the problems of lacking real 3D model detail display,slow loading of 3D models and lack of historical traceability of traditional inspection methods in modern water conservancy management,this paper explores the development of a 3D visualization water conservancy information management platform,including functional modules of 3D data visualization,spatial analysis,data management,intelligent patrol,and risk management,taking Zibo section of Xiaoqing River as a case study.The platform is based on 3D WebGIS,database and Cesium framework,as well as secondary development in JavaScript.The practical application proves that the platform shows good practicality and effectiveness,which realizes the visualization and interaction of hydrology,meteorology,topography,and water conservancy engineering data,and can provide valuable decision-making support and management tools for decision-makers and managers in water resources management.
