为切实提高调水工程的智慧化运行和管理能力,逐步实现对调水工程的全要素和全过程的数字映射、智能仿真、前瞻预演,需大力推进数字孪生调水工程的建设工作.聚焦数字孪生调水工程,以工程安全监管、智能调度、水质保障和智能运维为研究对象,针对工程结构安全、防洪工程安全、输水调度、冰期输水、水质安全、设备安全等典型业务场景展开研究,基于事件驱动的基础理念,以各类监测告警与预报预警信息驱动多工况下事件预演预案,构建调水工程"四预"功能系统.建设成果在南水北调中线工程获得一定应用效果,为冬季供水安全提供有力的保障,表明该成果在数字孪生水网建设中具备良好的示范价值和重要的应用推广意义.
Event-driven"Four Pre"technical application in digital twin water transfer projects
To effectively enhance the intelligent operation and management capabilities of water transfer projects,and to progressively achieve a comprehensive digital mapping,intelligent simulation,and forward-looking pre-simulation of all elements and processes of water transfer projects,it is necessary to vigorously promote the construction of digital twin water transfer projects.This study focuses on digital twin water transfer projects,targeting project safety supervision,intelligent dispatching,water quality assurance,and intelligent maintenance as research subjects.It conducts research in typical scenarios such as structural safety of projects,flood control safety,water transfer scheduling,ice period water transfer,water quality safety,and equipment safety.Based on the fundamental concept of event-driven approach,it drives the pre-simulation and pre-planning of events under multiple working conditions with various monitoring alarms and forecast warning information to construct a"Four Pre"functional system for water transfer projects.The construction results have been applied in Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion with certain effectiveness,providing substantial support for winter water supply safety.This highlights the good demonstration value and significant promotion and application significance of the outcomes in the construction of digital twin water networks.
