针对北江流域洪水灾害频发的现状,为提升北江流域防洪减灾能力,广东省水利厅组织建设数字孪生北江流域.数字孪生北江流域基于广东省大数据、模型和知识等平台的公共能力,聚焦防洪联合优化调度,通过北江流域水库、蓄滞洪区、水闸、分洪河道、堤防等组成的"蓄、行、滞、分"防洪工程体系与数字孪生技术的深度耦合,协同优化多工程群组"上调、中控、下分"联动,搭建预报预警—工程调度—河道演进—精细模拟—风险研判—预案执行的全链条"四预"框架.数字孪生北江流域有效支撑"22·6"北江特大洪水、北江 2024 年第 1 号洪水的防御工作,相关成果已推广复用至数字孪生水网、数字孪生东江流域等.
Construction practice and effectiveness of digital twinning of Beijiang River Basin
In response to the frequent occurrence of flood disasters in Beijiang River Basin,and aiming to improve the flood control and disaster reduction capacity of Beijiang River Basin,Guangdong Department of Water Resources organized the construction of digital twin of Beijiang River Basin.The digital twin of Beijiang River Basin is based on the public capacities of Guangdong Province's big data platform,model platform,and knowledge platform,focusing on joint optimization dispatching for flood prevention.It deeply integrates the flood prevention engineering system comprising reservoirs,flood detention areas,sluice gates,and flood diversion channels,levees in Beijiang River Basin with digital twin technology,coordinating the optimization of multiple engineering group linkage for"upward adjustment,middle control,and downward diversion".A complete"Four Pre"framework of forecasting and early warning-engineering scheduling-river progression-precise simulation-risk assessment-pre-plan execution has been established.The digital twin Beijiang effectively supported the defense against the"22·6"extraordinary flood and the first flood of 2024 in Beijiang River.The related achievements have been promoted and reused in the digital twin water network,digital twin Dongjiang,etc.
