Analysis and design of digital twin basin technical application scenarios in Yongding River
According to the requirements of Ministry of Water Resources digital twin basin construction,and targeting the shortcomings and pain points exposed in the"23·7"flood in Yongding River Basin,this study takes Beijing section of Yongding River Basin as an example,analyzes the current situation and demands,and constructs the digital twin system architecture of Yongding River Basin,including infrastructure,the digital twin platform and applications.And based on Yongding River basin management function and business requirements,it also provides a detailed analysis of business application scenarios in basin flood control,water resource scheduling,project operation management,and spatial management,designing application functions for different scenarios.Through architectural design and application scenario analysis,this study can offer direction and guidance for the construction of the digital twin basin of Yongding River,enhance"Four Pre"management capability of Yongding River,and improve the intelligence and digitalization levels of services and management in Yongding River.
