北斗三号短报文在水文自动测报系统中的应用研究

为保障在极端自然灾害条件下水文自动测报系统中应用北斗三号短报文可靠传输数据,研究北斗三号短报文的技术特点和发送接收方式,结合水文自动测报系统的应用需求,提出在自动测报系统中应用北斗三号短报文传输和接收数据的技术方案.分析北斗三号短报文应用特点,以常用的雨水情遥测站为例总结北斗三号通信终端的集成方式、现场应用环境条件、遵循的通信协议和控制流程,选取适合的链路传输模式和报文编报方式,提出一种采用前置机 FIU 接收短报文的方案,分析其他北斗三号短报文数据接收方式的特点.应用北斗三号短报文可保障遥测站的数据稳定、可靠传输和接收,作为通信信道可广泛应用于各类型水文自动测报系统.
Research on the application of Beidou-3 short satellite message in hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems
To ensure reliable data transmission through Beidou-3 short messages in hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems under extreme natural disaster conditions,this study investigates the technical characteristics and transmission and reception methods of Beidou-3 short messages.Combining the application requirements of hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems,a technical scheme for data transmission and reception using Beidou-3 short messages within the automatic measurement and reporting system is proposed.Analyzing the application features of Beidou-3 short messages,it takes commonly used hydrometeorological telemetry stations as examples to summarize the integration method of Beidou-3 communication terminals,field application environmental conditions,compliance communication protocols,and control processes,selects suitable link transmission modes and message compilation methods,and proposes a scheme using Front-end Interface Units(FIUs)to receive short messages.Additionally,it analyzes the characteristics of other data reception methods for Beidou-3 short messages.The application of Beidou-3 short messages ensures stable and reliable data transmission and reception for telemetry stations and can be widely applied in various types of hydrological automatic measurement and reporting systems as a communication channel.
