数字孪生九龙江北溪流域防洪"四预"应用

针对九龙江北溪流域洪水灾害频发和区域防洪能力仍然薄弱的情况,为提升流域洪水防御能力,建设数字孪生九龙江北溪流域平台.在分析九龙江北溪流域地理特性、雨水工情监测及水利工程分布情况的基础上,建设包含基础、监测、业务管理、跨行业共享和地理空间等数据的流域数据底板,构建以水利专业模型、智能视频识别模型、可视化模型及数字模拟仿真引擎为主要内容的模型平台,以及以水利知识库与知识引擎为主要内容的知识平台,并应用于流域监视与告警、防洪综合调度、防洪"四预"决策会商业务,实现流域防洪"四预"全过程场景化模拟仿真和智能分析.通过数字孪生九龙江北溪流域平台实现流域防洪"四预"的数字化、可视化与智能化,提高流域防灾减灾能力,为其他数字孪生流域建设提供参考.
Application of digital twin in"Four Preventions"of flood control in Beixi River Basin of Jiulong River
Given the frequent flood disasters and the still weak regional flood control capabilities in the Beixi River Basin of Jiulong River,a digital twin platform has been developed to enhance flood defense in the region.Based on an analysis of the geographical characteristics,rainfall and water engineering monitoring,and the distribution of hydraulic projects in Beixi River Basin,the platform was built with a data foundation comprising core datasets for infrastructure,monitoring,business management,cross-industry sharing,and geospatial information.A model platform was constructed,focusing on hydrological models,intelligent video recognition models,visualization models,and digital simulation engines,alongside a knowledge platform featuring a hydrology knowledge base and knowledge engines.These systems are applied in monitoring and warning,comprehensive flood dispatch,and decision-making processes for the"Four Preventions"in flood control.The digital twin platform enables full-process scenario simulation and intelligent analysis of flood control activities in the basin,offering digitalization,visualization,and intelligent management for the"Four Preventions"framework.The platform improves flood prevention and mitigation capabilities in Beixi River Basin,providing a reference for the development of digital twin basins elsewhere.
