Research and application of key technologies for hydrological digital twin of Shandong section of Yellow River
To achieve the"Four Preventions"functions for flood control in Yellow River Basin and enable precise dynamic forecasting of flood evolution and overbank flow processes,a hydrological digital twin demonstration platform for Shandong section of Yellow River has been developed.This paper introduces key technologies involved in the construction of the digital twin,such as multi-source heterogeneous data integration and hydrodynamic model development.It emphasizes overbank flow simulation methods based on fluid dynamics,simulation deduction methods,3D simulation and dynamic visualization rendering,as well as visualization configuration for flood evolution processes.The platform dynamically displays core data,including channel storage capacity,floodplain storage capacity,and inundation trends for overbank river sections,while autonomously generating simulation assessment reports on the impacts of regional flood disasters.The key technologies are mainly applied in flood disaster defense,water resource optimization,management of water conservancy projects throughout their life cycle,and the protection and management of rivers and lakes.These applications serve flood control and drought relief command systems and various administrative departments,supporting the high-quality development of water resources management in the new phase.
