基于Inventor软件的复杂结构闸门三维设计研究与应用

为提高复杂结构闸门工程设计过程中结构应力计算效率及准确性,以某复杂结构弧形闸门工程为研究对象,运用三维建模软件 Inventor 快速构建复杂结构闸门门体、支臂等主要部位的三维模型,利用 ANSYS 三维有限元分析软件对复杂结构闸门进行应力分析,获得门体及支臂的应力分布图.对比分析闸门整体结构最大应力数值与材料最大屈服强度,结果表明闸门整体结构强度满足工程设计要求.采用 2 种软件相结合的方法对复杂结构弧形闸门进行优化设计,不仅缩短复杂结构闸门工程的设计时间,而且有效提高工程的设计质量,为 BIM 技术在水闸工程及水利工程规划等设计中的推广应用提供借鉴经验和技术支撑.
Research and application of 3D design for complex structural gates based on Inventor software
To improve the efficiency and accuracy of structural stress calculations in the design of complex structural gates,this study focuses on a specific complex arched gate project.Using the 3D modeling software Inventor,detailed 3D models of the main components,such as the gate body and support arms,were rapidly constructed.Stress analysis was conducted using ANSYS 3D finite element analysis software to generate stress distribution maps for the gate body and support arms.A comparative analysis of the maximum stress values of the overall gate structure against the material's maximum yield strength revealed that the structural integrity of the gate meets engineering design requirements.By integrating these two software tools for the optimization design of the complex arched gate,the design time was significantly reduced while the design quality was effectively improved.This approach provides valuable experience and technical support for the promotion and application of BIM technology in the design of sluice and hydraulic engineering projects.
