水污染溯源管控数字化平台设计与实现

为提升水污染溯源智能化水平,转变水环境治理模式,从而高效精准地防治水污染,深入调研杭州市某区域的排水设施及管理现状,开发融合物联网、GIS 和互联网等技术的数字化平台.对排水系统和用户信息进行综合管理、分析及可视化展示,实现水污染提前预警、自动溯源和影响评估等功能.数字化平台已成功生成上万条预警信息,不仅为水污染的精准溯源和偷排漏排现象的快速识别提供技术支持,也为预警分析雨污混接问题奠定基础,标志着水环境治理向预警监控和精细化管理的重要转变.
Design and implementation of digital platforms for water pollution tracing and control
To enhance the intelligence of water pollution tracing and transform the approach to water environment management for more efficient and precise prevention and control of water pollution,this study develops a digital platform that combines Internet of Things(IoT),Geographic Information System(GIS),and internet technologies.Based on an in-depth investigation of drainage facilities and management practices in a selected area of Hangzhou,the platform facilitates the comprehensive management,analysis,and visualization of drainage systems and user data.It achieves functions such as early warning,automatic tracing,and impact assessment of water pollution.The platform has successfully generated tens of thousands of early warning messages,providing technical support for precise tracing of water pollution and rapid identification of illicit discharges.Additionally,it lays the groundwork for analyzing issues related to rain-sewage misconnection,marking a significant shift in water environment management toward predictive monitoring and refined management.
