Study on Related Factors of Hypothyroidism in Early Pregnancy and Prediction of Incidence Probability
Based on the early pregnancy clinical data of pregnant women which quantity is 39,001 from Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2017 to 2019,balanced logistic regression model at different ages was established,the model was established to test the effect of anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB)on hypothyroidism during pregnancy empirically.The result shows that antithyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAB)is the main factor which is affecting hypothyroidism during pregnancy,however,the age differences are exist,People in their 30s and 40s are at high risk.Based on the above conclusions,Prevention of hypothyroidism of pregnancy were proposed.
