Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Nonlinear Effects of Influencing Factors of Air Pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas
In the transition from the 13th Five-Year Plan to the 14th Five-Year Plan, the conclusion of the Three-Year Action Plan to Fight Air Pollution, and the new situation of the joint prevention and control of air pollution in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Surrounding Areas,it is necessary to summarize the experience of air pollution control. In this paper, based on the panel data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei 28 cities during 2003 to 2018,the Theil index and the Moran index were empirically calculated, and the geographical weight matrix was introduced to construct the threshold Spatial Dubin model. The results showed that the total difference of PM2.5 concentration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei"2+26"cities had a periodic trend. There are high-high,low-low combined effect, the atmosphere environment was optimized during the investigation period; In general, industrial structure optimization is beneficial to air environmental governance, while economic development and redundant low-carbon transportation may aggravate air pollution.Based on the above conclusions, this paper believes that:relevant departments should continue to pay attention to the regional air pollution, adhere to the joint prevention and control; The characteristics of spatial agglomeration should be fully utilized in atmospheric environment manage-ment.The formulation of joint prevention and control policy should fully consider the non-linear effect of industrial structure, economic development and other influencing factors.
