考虑两类错误的贮存系统两阶段检测模型和成本分析

摘要
贮存系统在其寿命周期中的大部分时间均处于贮存或非工作状态,直到执行某项任务,因此需要定期检测以确定其状态.然而,不完美的检测会导致系统部件存在隐性故障或故障误判的可能.本文针对多部件贮存系统,提出了一般检测和精密检测的两阶段检测策略:第一阶段考虑一般检测具有两类错误的不完美检测,并且未被识别的故障在后续的检测中仍存在不能被准确识别的概率.当系统被判定为故障时,将进行第二阶段的精密检测,精密检测可以准确判断系统以及部件的状态.本文将系统区间可用度和寿命周期成本考虑为贮存期间系统的性能评价指标,并进而分析并推导了其数学模型.寿命周期成本模型考虑两类检测成本、故障损失成本和各故障部件的更换成本.最后,本文分析了不同检测参数、检测间隔时间以及成本参数对区间可用度和寿命周期成本的影响,为多部件贮存系统最优检测与维修策略制定提供了技术支持.
Abstract
One-shot systems are in storage(non-operating mode)for most of their life cycle until a mis-sion is performed,and therefore periodic inspections are required to confirm the system states.However,imperfect inspections may lead to hidden failures or misjudged failures before the next storage.This study proposes a two-stage inspection policy for multiunit one-shot systems.In the first stage,the imperfect inspection with two types of inspection errors is considered,and the probability that undiscovered failures cannot be detected in subsequent inspections is constant.When the system is judged to be faulty,the precision inspection,whose effect is perfect,in the second stage is carried out.The interval availability and life cycle cost are considered as performance evaluation criteria,and their mathematical models are analyzed and derived.The life cycle cost includes two kinds of inspection costs of the system,loss cost,and replacement cost for each component.Finally,this study investigates the impacts of inspection and cost parameters on the interval availability and life cycle cost,which provides technical support for the establishment of optimal inspection and maintenance strategy for the multi-unit one-shot systems.
