中国城市数字经济对实体经济效率的影响研究

摘要
基于2011-2019年中国275个地级及以上城市面板数据,分别利用Super-SBM模型和主成分分析测算我国城市实体经济效率和数字经济水平,并采用面板模型探讨了数字经济对实体经济效率的影响及其作用机理.研究发现:(1)中国实体经济效率整体呈上升趋势,其中中西部地区最为明显,但效率提升的同时区域差距也日益加深.(2)研究期间我国城市数字经济能够有效提升实体经济效率,同时也能带动实体经济绿色效率进步.(3)数字经济对实体经济效率存在一定异质性,主要表现为数字经济对实体经济效率的提升效果在城市群、中部城市群、东部城市群、外围城市以及常规城市中更为显著.(4)数字经济可以通过产业结构升级与人才聚集来实现实体经济效率提升,其中产业结构升级发挥的桥梁作用略优于人才聚集.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 275 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2011 to 2019,the Super-SBM model and principal component analysis were used to measure the efficiency of China's urban real economy and the level of digital economy,respectively,and the impact of digital economy on the efficiency of real economy and its mechanism of action were explored using the panel model.The study finds that:1)The efficiency of China's real economy as a whole is on the rise,with the most pro-nounced in the central and western regions,but the regional disparity is deepening while the efficiency is improving.2)The digital economy in China's cities during the study period can effectively improve the efficiency of the real economy,and also drive the progress of green efficiency of the real economy.3)There is a certain heterogeneity in the efficiency of digital economy on real economy,which mainly shows that the effect of digital economy on the efficiency of real economy is more significant in city clusters,central city clusters,eastern city clusters,peripheral cities and conventional cities.4)The digital economy can improve the efficiency of the real economy through industrial structure upgrading and talent gathering,with industrial structure upgrading playing a slightly better bridging role than talent gathering.
