Study on extraction of chlorogenic acid from loquat leaves by biphasic synergistic ultrasound-assisted
The experiment employed response surface methodology to optimize the process of biphasic synergistic ultrasound-assisted extraction of chlorogenic acid from loquat leaves. The study investigated the effects of the ethanol volume fraction, ultrasound temperature, ultrasound time, potassium dihydrogen phosphate dosage, and ultrasound power on the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for chlorogenic acid from loquat leaves by the biphasic synergistic ultrasound-assisted extraction were an ethanol volume fraction of 61%,ultrasound temperature of 61℃,ultrasound time of 25 minutes, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate dosage of 4.6 g.Under these conditions, the extraction rate of chlorogenic acid was 1.53%,which closely matched the predicted value. The study indicates that the biphasic synergistic ultrasound-assisted extraction is an effective and stable method for extracting chlorogenic acid from loquat leaves, providing valuable insights for the resource development of loquat leaves.
