复合营养补充剂对犬猫采食性能、血液指标、免疫性能及抗氧化功能的影响

试验旨在研究复合营养补充剂对犬猫免疫性能及抗氧化功能的影响.选取20只成年健康临清狮猫和20只成年健康中华田园犬,各随机分为对照组和试验组,每组10个重复.试验组将5 g复合营养补充剂与60 mL饮水混合补饲,对照组不进行补饲.正式试验期30 d.结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组犬猫末重、平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组犬平均日饮水量显著降低(P<0.05),试验组犬猫平均水分总摄入量均显著提高(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组猫血液平均血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞体积以及球蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验组犬血液粒细胞数显著提高(P<0.05);试验组犬猫血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量均显著提高(P<0.05);试验组猫血清免疫球蛋白D(IgD)含量显著提高(P<0.05),试验组犬血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)以及免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验组犬血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05).试验组猫粪便评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05).研究表明,复合营养补充剂能够促进犬猫饮水,提高犬猫机体的抗氧化能力和免疫力.
Effect of compound nutritional supplements on feeding performance,blood index,immune performance,and antioxidant function of dogs and cats
The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of compound nutritional supplements on immune performance and antioxidant function in dogs and cats.Twenty adult healthy Linqing lion cats and twenty adult healthy Chinese garden dogs were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,respectively,with 10 replicates in each group.The experimental group was supplemented with 5 g of compound nutritional supplements mixed with 60 mL of water,while the control group was not supplemented.The trial period lasted for 30 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the initial weight,final weight,and average daily feed intake of dogs and cats in the experimental group(P>0.05).The average water consumption of the dogs in the experimental group was significantly reduced(P<0.05),while the average total water intake of the dogs and cats in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the average hemoglobin content,average red blood cell volume and globulin content in the blood of cats in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The number of blood granulocytes of dogs in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum SOD activity and IL-6 content of dogs and cats in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IgD content of cats in the experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum IgA and IgG content of dogs in the experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum MDA content in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the fecal score of cats in the experimental group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that compound nutritional supplements can increase the water intake of dogs and cats,improve antioxidant capacity and immunity.
