马属动物是大型非反刍食草动物,其肠道中栖息着各种各样的微生物,肠道不同部位微生物也不尽相同.这些微生物对饲料的有效利用至关重要,尤其是对不能被内源性酶降解或很少被内源性酶分解的营养素.马属动物肠道微生物与宿主保持相互作用,并参与能量代谢和免疫调节.肠道微生物易受到外部因素(饲粮组成和环境条件)和内部因素(年龄、性别和遗传背景)的干扰,使其失衡而导致腹泻、绞痛和结肠炎等消化系统疾病.文章从马属动物肠道核心菌群、肠道不同部位群落结构、影响肠道菌群的因素以及肠道菌群与机体健康的关系等方面进行了概述,以期为马属动物肠道菌群相关研究提供参考.
Research progress of intestinal microorganisms of Equus Linnaeus animals
Equus Linnaeus animals,as large non-ruminant herbivores,harbor a diverse array of microorganisms in their gastrointestinal tract,and the microbial composition varies across different segments of the gut.These microorganisms play a crucial role in the efficient utilization of feed,especially for nutrients that cannot be readily degraded by endogenous enzymes or are minimally susceptible to endogenous enzymatic breakdown.The intestinal microbiota of Equus Linnaeus animals interacts with the host,participating in energy metabolism and immune regulation.External factors(such as diet composition and environmental conditions)and internal factors(including age,gender,and genetic background)can disrupt the balance of intestinal microorganisms,leading to digestive system disorders such as diarrhea,colic,and colitis.The article provides an overview of core microbial communities in the Equus Linnaeus animals intestinal tract,community structures in different gut segments,factors influencing gut microbiota,and the relationship between gut microbiota and overall health.The aim is to serve as a reference for research related to the intestinal microbiota of Equus Linnaeus animals.
