Uncertainty evaluation of diazepam in fishing bait by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method
The experiment aimed to assess the uncertainty of the determination of diazepam content in fishing baits by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.By establishing a mathematical model and analyzing uncertainties from different sources, the experiment evaluated various uncertainty components. The results showed that the relative standard uncertainty of the measurement results was 4.55%,and the relative expanded uncertainty was 9.10%.The diazepam content in the sample should be expressed as(23.821±2.168)μg/kg(K=2).The study indicates that the measurement uncertainty of diazepam content in fishing baits is mainly attributed to the repeated measurements of the sample, the preparation of standard solution, and the weighing of the sample.
