摘要
鱼类体表覆盖着一层由表皮黏液细胞分泌的黏液,表皮黏液作为鱼体与外界水环境之间的物理及免疫屏障,其组成成分和分泌量受到表皮黏液细胞的分布、数量、发育阶段及外界环境变化的影响.随着国内外水产养殖行业的发展,关于鱼类表皮黏液相关的应用研究逐渐增多.文章对鱼类表皮黏液的组成成分、功能及应用等方面进行了综述,以期为鱼类体表黏液中活性成分的提取、开发及产业化应用提供参考.
Abstract
The epidermis of fish is covered with a layer of mucus secreted by epidermal mucus cells.Epidermal mucus serves as a physical and immune barrier between fish and the external water environment,and its composition and secretion are affected by the distribution,quantity,development stage of epidermal mucus cells and the changes in the external environment.With the development of the aquaculture industry both at home and abroad,the application research on fish epidermal mucus has gradually increased.In the paper,the composition,function and application of fish epidermal mucus are reviewed,in order to provide reference for the extraction,development and industrial application of the active components in fish epidermal mucus.
