摘要

黄芪有效成分主要包括黄芪多糖、皂苷、黄酮等,在药理上具有消炎、杀菌、抗氧化、提高免疫力等作用.黄芪有效成分的提取方法主要有溶剂萃取法、酶解法和超声波法等.黄芪有效成分可以有效调节动物的生长发育和免疫功能,现已广泛用作动物饲料添加剂以及动物疾病防治药剂.文章主要介绍了黄芪有效成分组成、提取工艺、生物活性功能及其在动物生产中的应用情况,展望其在动物生产应用中的研究方向和前景,为黄芪有效成分在动物生产中的高效推广与应用提供参考.

Abstract

The active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus mainly include Astragalus polysaccharides,saponins,flavonoids,etc.,which pharmacologically exhibit anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,antioxidant,and immunomodulatory effects.Extraction methods for active ingredients from Astragalus membranaceus primarily include solvent extraction,enzymatic hydrolysis,and ultrasonic methods.These active ingredients can effectively regulate the growth,development,and immune functions of animals.They are widely used as feed additives and in the prevention and treatment of animal diseases.The article provides an overview of the composition of active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus,extraction processes,biological activities,and their applications in animal production.It also discusses the research directions and prospects for the application of these active ingredients in animal production,offering valuable insights for the efficient promotion and application of Astragalus membranaceus active ingredients in animal production.
