不同处理方法的全株玉米青贮对奶牛生产性能、瘤胃发酵参数及血清生化指标的影响

试验探究了饲粮中添加不同处理方法的全株玉米青贮对奶牛生产性能、乳品质、瘤胃发酵参数及血清生化指标的影响。试验选择胎次、泌乳期、产奶量相近的荷斯坦奶牛60头,按照单因素设计分为4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头奶牛。对照组奶牛饲喂无添加剂的全株玉米青贮,试验1组奶牛饲喂经益生菌制剂处理的全株玉米青贮,试验2组奶牛饲喂经酶制剂处理的全株玉米青贮,试验3组奶牛饲喂经菌酶复合制剂处理的全株玉米青贮。预试期1周,正式试验期8周。结果表明,与对照组比较,试验3组奶牛平均日干物质采食量显著提高(P<0。05),试验1组、试验2组和试验3组奶牛产奶量显著增加(P<0。05),试验3组乳蛋白率显著提高(P<0。05),试验1组、试验2组和试验3组体细胞数量显著降低(P<0。05)。试验3组瘤胃乙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸、菌体蛋白水平显著提高(P<0。05)。试验3组血清中总蛋白水平显著提高(P<0。05),试验1组、试验2组和试验3组血清葡萄糖水平显著提高(P<0。05),尿素氮水平显著降低(P<0。05)。研究表明,奶牛饲喂经添加剂处理的全株玉米青贮可以改善奶牛的生产性能、乳品质、瘤胃发酵功能及部分血清生化指标,且菌酶复合制剂处理的全株玉米青贮效果较好。
Effects of whole-plant corn silage treated with different methods on production performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows
The effects of different treatments of whole-plant corn silage in dairy cows'diet on the production performance,milk quality,rumen fermentation parameters,and serum biochemical indexes were studied.Sixty Holstein cows with similar parity,lactation period and milk yield were divided into four treatment groups according to a single factor design,with five replicates in each group and three cows in each replicate.Dairy cows in the control group were fed a whole-plant corn silage without any additives,dairy cows in the test group 1 were fed a whole-plant corn silage treated with probiotic preparation,dairy cows in the test group 2 were fed a whole-plant corn silage treated with enzyme preparation,and dairy cows in the test group 3 were fed a whole-plant corn silage treated with bacteria-enzyme compound preparation.The pre-feeding period was one week,and the formal trial period was eight weeks.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily dry matter intake of cows in the test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).The milk yield of dairy cows in the test group 1,group 2 and group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).The milk protein rate in the test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),and the somatic cell number in the test group 1,group 2 and group 3 significantly decreased(P<0.05).The rumen acetic acid,total volatile fatty acid,and bacterial protein levels in the test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05).The serum total protein level in the test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),the serum glucose level in the test group 1,test group 2 and test group 3 significantly increased(P<0.05),and the urea nitrogen level significantly decreased(P<0.05).The result shows that the whole-plant corn silage treated with additives can improve the production performance,milk quality,rumen fermentation function and some serum biochemical indexes of dairy cows,and the whole-plant corn silage treated with bacteria-enzyme compound preparation had a better effect.
