摘要
发酵饲料具有绿色、安全、适口性好、促生长、增强免疫力、降本增效等优点,可作为抗生素替代品在动物生产中应用.文章主要概述了发酵饲料的常用菌种、分类、品质评价、生理功能以及发酵饲料在动物生产中的作用效果,分析当前发酵饲料存在的问题及解决办法,展望发酵饲料的发展趋势,为发酵饲料在动物生产中更广泛的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Fermented feed has the advantages of green,safety,good palatability,promoting growth,enhancing immunity,reducing cost and increasing efficiency,etc.It can be used as an antibiotic substitute in animal production.In this paper,the common strains,classification,quality evaluation,physiological function of fermented feed,and the effect of fermented feed in animal production were summarized,the existing problems and solutions of fermented feed at present were analyzed,and the development trend of fermented feed was prospected,which provided references for the wider application of fermented feed in animal production.
