摘要
T-2毒素是一种A类单端孢霉烯族毒素,具有高度致毒作用、毒性较难降解等特点,严重威胁人类和动物安全.目前,用于T-2毒素脱毒的方法有物理吸附法、化学试剂中和法、微生物分解法等.但T-2毒素导致的中毒反应的分子机制还尚未明确,可能涉及多个方面,如线粒体损伤、细胞自噬、免疫逃逸、细胞凋亡等.因此,文章主要探讨了 T-2毒素毒性作用分子机制以及T-2毒素脱毒的研究进展,为T-2毒素的深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
T-2 toxin is a type A trichothecene mycotoxin with highly toxic effects and difficulty in degradation.It poses a serious threat to the safety of humans and animals.Currently,methods for detoxifying T-2 toxin include physical adsorption,chemical reagent neutralization,microbial decomposition,etc.However,the molecular mechanism of toxic reactions caused by T-2 toxin is not yet clear,and it may involve multiple aspects such as mitochondrial damage,cellular autophagy,immune evasion,and cell apoptosis.Therefore,the article primarily explores the molecular mechanism of the toxic effects of T-2 toxin and the research progress on T-2 toxin detoxification,providing a reference for the in-depth study of T-2 toxin.
