玉米是反刍动物养殖生产中主要的能量原料之一.反刍动物对玉米的消化率关系到饲料的利用率、生产性能及养殖的经济效益.目前,蒸汽压片工艺是玉米比较理想的加工技术,可提高玉米淀粉的消化率,改善玉米淀粉糊化度及能值,从而提高玉米的饲喂价值.蒸汽压片玉米可以调节反刍动物瘤胃发酵功能,提高生长性能,改善肉品质,进而增加养殖利润.因此,文章总结了蒸汽压片玉米加工工艺、营养价值及其对反刍动物生产性能的影响,以期为蒸汽压片玉米在反刍动物的养殖生产中的高效利用提供参考.
Research progress on processing technology of steam-flaked corn and its application in ruminant production
Corn is one of the main energy raw materials in ruminant breeding and production.The digestibility of corn in ruminants is related to the utilization rate of feed,production performance and economic benefits of breeding.At present,the steam flakeing process is an ideal processing technology for corn,which can improve the digestibility of corn starch,improves the gelatinization degree and emergy value of corn starch,and thus improves the feeding value of corn.Steam-flaked corn can regulate the rumen fermentation function of ruminants,improve growth performance,improve meat quality,and then increase breeding profits.Therefore,this paper summarized the processing technology,nutritional value of steam-flaked co:rn and its influence on ruminant production performance,in order to provide some references for the efficient utilization of steam-flaked corn in ruminant breeding and production.
