摘要
试验旨在探讨中草药制剂对肉鸽生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫性能的影响.采用单因素试验设计,选择28日龄的健康肉鸽240只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只肉鸽.CK组饲喂基础饲粮,A组、B组和C组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.010、0.025、0.050 g/kg中草药制剂.预试期7d,正式试验期30 d.结果显示,B组肉鸽的末重显著高于CK组(P＜0.05).56日龄时,B组肉鸽血清中白蛋白(ALB)含量极显著高于A组(P＜0.01),显著高于CK组(P＜0.05);B组、C组血清总胆固醇(TC)含量显著高于A组(P＜0.05);65日龄时,B组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著高于CK组(P＜0.05),显著高于A组(P＜0.05);B组血清ALB含量极显著高于CK组(P＜0.01),显著高于A组(P＜0.05).42日龄时,B组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和C组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量均显著高于CK组(P＜0.05);B组、C组血清补体C3、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)含量显著高于CK组(P＜0.05);65日龄时,B组血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgM、IgG、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)含量显著高于CK组(P＜0.05);B组血清补体C3、补体C4、IFN-γ、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量极显著高于CK组(P＜0.01).研究表明,添加中草药制剂能有效改善肉鸽的生长性能和血清生化指标,促进免疫器官发育,增强免疫能力,以0.025 g/kg添加量效果较好.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal preparations on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune performance of pigeons.Using a single-factor experimental design,240 healthy pigeons at the age of 28 days were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with five replicates in each group and 12 pigeons in each replicate.The group CK was fed with basal diet,and the group A,group B and group C were fed with 0.010,0.025,and 0.050 g/kg Chinese herbal preparations,respectively.The pre-test period was 7 days,and the formal test period was 30 days.The results showed that at the final weight of pigeons in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group CK(P＜0.05).At the age of 56 days,the serum albumin(ALB)content of the group B was extremely higher than that in the group A(P＜0.01)and significantly higher than that in the group CK(P＜0.05).The serum total cholesterol(TC)content in the groups B and C was significantly higher than that in the group A(P＜0.05).At 65 days of age,the serum total protein(TP)content in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group CK(P＜0.05),and significantly higher than that in the group A(P＜0.05).The serum ALB content in the group B was extremely higher than that in the group CK(P＜0.01)and significantly higher than that in the group A(P＜0.05).At 42 days of age,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and M(IgM)levels in the group B and group C were significantly higher than those in the group CK(P＜0.05).The serum levels of complement C3 and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the group B and group C were significantly higher than those in the group CK(P＜0.05).At 65 days of age,the serum levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgM,IgG and interleukin-2(IL-2)in the group B were significantly higher than those in the group CK(P＜0.05).The serum levels of complement C3,complement C4,IFN-γ,interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the group B were extremely higher than those in the group CK(P＜0.01).Studies have shown that the addition of Chinese herbal medicine preparations can effectively improve the growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of pigeons,promote the development of immune organs,and enhance immunity,and the effect of adding 0.025 g/kg is better.
