Effects of compound plant polysaccharides on growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients, and serum indexes in meat rabbits
The purpose of the study was to study the effects of compound plant polysaccharides on the growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum indexes of meat rabbits.120 meat rabbits were randomly divided into four groups, with 15 replicates in each group and two meat rabbits in each replicate. The control group was fed with a basic diet, and 0.01%,0.05%,and 0.10%compound plant polysaccharides were added to the basic diet in the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅰ,compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅱ,and compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅲ,respectively. The experimental period was 35 days. The results showed that the final weight and average daily gain of the three compound plant polysaccharide groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The feed to gain ratio of the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅱ and the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of CP,NDF,EE,CF,and ADF in the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅱ and compound plant polysaccharide group m was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum TP,ALB,IgG,IgA,IL-2,and T-AOC of meat rabbits in the three compound plant polysaccharide addition groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the BUN content was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The serum TG,GLU,IgM,IL-6,and SOD in the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅱ and the compound plant polysaccharide group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the MDA,AST,and ALT were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the addition of compound plant polysaccharides in the diet could improve the growth performance, apparent digestibility of nutrients and serum indexes of meat rabbits, and it is better to choose 0.05%compound plant polysaccharide in meat rabbit breeding.
