摘要
地衣芽孢杆菌是厌氧型革兰氏阳性细菌,具有耐高温、耐酸、产酶、产抗菌物质等特性,能够改善肉鸡生长性能,提高免疫性能,促进肠道发育和调节肠道菌群,防治鸡坏死性肠炎和球虫病等疾病,具有替代抗生素的潜力.文章综述了地衣芽孢杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、抗氧化性能、肠道发育和微生物组成的影响及其对坏死性肠炎和球虫病的防治作用,并总结了地衣芽孢杆菌的适宜添加量,以期为地衣芽孢杆菌在肉鸡生产中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Bacillus licheniformis is an anaerobic gram-positive bacterium,which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,acid resistance,enzyme production,and antibacterial substances,which can improve the growth performance of broilers,improve immune performance,promote intestinal development and regulate intestinal flora,prevent and control diseases such as chicken necrotizing enteritis and coccidiosis,and has the potential to replace antibiotics.The paper reviewed the effects of Bacillus licheniformis on the growth performance,immune function,antioxidant performance,intestinal development,and microbial composition of broilers,as well as the prevention and control effects of necrotizing enteritis and coccidiosis,and summarized the appropriate dosage of Bacillus licheniformis,in order to provide a reference for the application of Bacillus licheniformis in broiler production.
