Application of molecular imprinting technology in detection of macrolides
Molecular imprinting technology is a technology that simulates the interaction between enzymes, substrates, antigens and antibodies, and specifically identifies imprinted molecules, which can specifically identify templates or analogues, and is often used in the pretreatment of analytical samples for efficient extraction and purification of samples.Macrolides are one of the commonly used antibiotics in animal husbandry, which are widely used in the prevention and treatment of respiratory tract and gastrointestinal infections in livestock and poultry, but non-standard use may lead to residues in the production of animal products and the environment, posing a threat to human health. The paper reviews the research progress of molecular imprinting technology for the detection of macrolide drug residues, focusing on the introduction of molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction and magnetic molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction, and prospects for the application of molecular imprinting technology in the pretreatment of macrolide drug residue analysis,so as to provide reference for optimizing the pretreatment method of macrolide antibiotics detection.
