饲料产业高质量发展评价及路径优化研究

饲料产业高质量发展是确保食物供应链稳定和质量安全的基础,更是打造现代化畜牧强国、建设农业强国的重要环节.文章立足中观层面,从产品质量、生产效益、产业结构、绿色发展、科技创新5个维度构建评价指标体系,利用熵权法评价模型测度饲料产业高质量发展水平.结果发现,2012-2021年饲料产业高质量发展水平显著提升,且呈现出明显的阶段性特征.在饲料产业高质量发展子维度中,产品质量、生产效益、绿色发展、科技创新发展较快,但产业结构呈小幅下降趋势.因此,应当以市场需求为导向,制定专业质检人才培养计划;打造创新链,实现饲料产品"量质齐升";推广绿色生产模式,赋能降碳增效;加大研发投入力度,驱动智能化运行方面入手,进一步赋能饲料产业高质量发展.
Research on evaluation of high-quality development of feed industry and path optimization
The high-quality development of the feed industry is the basis for ensuring the stability and quality safety of the food supply chain,and it is also an important part of building modern animal husbandry power and an agricultural power.Based on the mesoscopic level,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of five dimensions:Product quality,production efficiency,industrial structure,green development,and scientific and technological innovation,and uses the entropy weight method evaluation model to measure the high-quality development level in the feed industry.It is found that from 2012 to 2021,the level of high-quality development in the feed industry has significantly improved,and it exhibits obvious stage characteristics.In the sub-dimension of high-quality development of the feed industry,product quality,production efficiency,green development,and scientific and technological innovation have developed rapidly,but the industrial structure has shown a slight downward trend.Accordingly,it is necessary to formulate a training plan for quality inspection talent,create an innovation chain to achieve'both quantity and quality'in feed products,promote green production models to empower carbon reduction and efficiency improvement,increase R&D investment,drive intelligent operation,and further empower the high-quality development of the feed industry.
