低鱼粉饲料添加虾青素对虹鳟幼鱼生长及抗氧化能力的影响

试验旨在探究低鱼粉饲料中添加虾青素对三倍体虹鳟幼鱼生长性能、全鱼体组成、血清生化指标以及血清和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响.试验挑选体质健康、规格均匀,初重在(5.00±0.02)g的虹鳟幼鱼240尾,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复30尾.设计2种等氮、等脂的低鱼粉饲料,对照组饲喂低鱼粉饲料,试验组在低鱼粉饲料中添加600 mg/kg虾青素.试验期56 d.结果显示,试验组的增重率、特定生长率及末重分别比对照组提高了 10.24%、4.88%和8.53%(P<0.05).试验组虹鳟血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性及肝脏中甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量均低于对照组(P>0.05),血清总胆固醇含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05).与对照组相比,试验组虹鳟血清总抗氧化能力及谷胱甘肽含量和酸性磷酸酶活性均呈上升趋势(P>0.05),血清丙二醛含量和过氧化氢酶、碱性磷酸酶活性均有所降低(P>0.05).与对照组相比,试验组虹鳟肝脏总抗氧化能力和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性分别提高了 120.00%(P<0.05)、16.55%(P>0.05)和39.29%(P>0.05),丙二醛含量降低了33.54%(P>0.05).研究表明,低鱼粉饲料中添加600 mg/kg虾青素能够提高虹鳟幼鱼的生长性能和抗氧化能力,改善机体生化指标.
Effects of astaxanthin supplementation in low-fishmeal feed on growth and antioxidant capacity of Oncorhynchus mykiss juvenile
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of astaxanthin supplementation in low-fishmeal feed on the growth performance,whole fish composition,serum biochemical indexes,and antioxidant capacity of serum and liver of triploid Oncorhynchus mykiss juveniles.In this study,240 Oncorhynchus mykiss juveniles with healthy constitution,uniform size and initial weight of(5.00±0.02)g were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups,with four replicates in each group and 30 fish in each replicate.Two kinds of isonitrogen and isofat low-fishmeal feeds were designed,the control group was fed with low-fishmeal feed,and the experimental group was fed with 600 mg/kg astaxanthin in the low-fishmeal feed.The experiment lasted for 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate,and final weight of the experimental group increased by 10.24%,4.88%and 8.53%,respectively(P<0.05).The serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase activities,triglyceride and total cholesterol contents in the liver of Oncorhynchus mykiss in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P>0.05),and the serum total cholesterol content was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity,glutathione,and acid phosphatase activities of Oncorhynchus mykiss in the experimental group increased(P>0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content,catalase and alkaline phosphatase activities decreased(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the total antioxidant capacity and superoxide dismutase and catalase activities of Oncorhynchus mykiss in the experimental group increased by 120.00%(P<0.05),16.55%(P>0.05),and 39.29%(P>0.05),respectively,and the malondialdehyde content decreased by 33.54%(P>0.05).The results showed that the addition of 600 mg/kg astaxanthin to the low-fishmeal feed could significantly improve the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of Oncorhynchus mykiss juvenile,and improve the biochemical indexes of the body.
