植物多酚提取物的生物学功能及其在畜牧生产中的应用

摘要
我国天然草本植物资源丰富,分布广泛.从天然草本植物中提取的多酚具有多种生物学功能,可将植物多酚提取物开发为替代抗生素的饲料添加剂.植物多酚提取物可以提高畜禽生产性能,增强机体抗氧化能力和免疫功能,改善畜产品品质,调节肠道健康.文章对植物多酚提取物的免疫调节作用、抗氧化作用及对肠道健康的影响进行综述,总结植物多酚类化合物在畜牧生产中的应用,以期为植物多酚类提取物在实际生产中的应用提供参考.
Abstract
Natural herbaceous plant resources are abundant and widely distributed in China.Polyphenols extracted from natural herbaceous plant have many biological functions,and can be developed as feed additives instead of antibiotics.The plant polyphenol extract can improve the production performance of livestock and poultry,enhance the antioxidant capacity and immune function,improve the quality of livestock and poultry products,and regulate intestinal health.In this paper,the effects of plant polyphenol extracts on immunomodulation,antioxidation,and intestinal health were reviewed,and the application of plant polyphenol compounds in animal husbandry was summarized,in order to provide a reference for the application of plant polyphenol extracts in actual production.
